If you decide to sell your item with us, take it to the auction house. Items can be handed in on Mondays from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 pm. and Friday-Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. If you have a lot of items or would like us to administer an estate, we can carry out a valuation at your home. If you have many items, or they are large, we can collect them. We will photograph the item, categorise it and show it on our online auction for seven to ten days. You can follow the bidding yourself on our website.

When your lot is sold, you will receive payment 30 days after the date of the auction, provided the buyer does not change their mind or lodge a complaint. The funds will be transferred to the bank account or Bankgiro number you provided when registering. For each lot, we take a commission at 16% of the sale price and an auction fee of SEK 100. Our minimum fee is SEK 300. If you don’t receive a bid you deem to be acceptable, we will try again on two more occasions. We may then lower the reserve price and auction the lot again. Alternatively, you may reclaim your item.
