When you have successfully bid for a lot and we have received payment, you will be sent an e-mail acknowledgement and may collect your item. The lot will remain on the premises of Göteborgs Auktionsverk free of charge for five banking days after the date of the auction. Thereafter, a storage fee of SEK 50 per lot will be charged each day. Unfortunately, our staff are unable to assist with the loading of items won at auction.
If you are unable to collect your item here at the auction house, you may request transportation at My pages. An order will be automatically issued to the carrier. Click here for delivery times.
Transportation and postage of lots won at auction are handled by external partners.
The cost of transportation can be found on the lot’s page. When the shipment has been delivered you will receive an e-mail stating where it can be collected.
